Security Update KB923723 install problem

I have installed Security Update for Windows KB923723 and automatic update
pops up and says I need to install the same update. I have gone through
other posts and troubleshooting methods to determine the cause but to no
avail. I have located an error in my windowsupdate.log as follows:

I haven't been able to find anything on this error message. I have
confirmed installation through windows update for about 10 times. Any help

than 3:00 AM.
