Security Update KB928367

I have tried downloading this update numerous time. After the download is
complete the icon disapears and after a few moments the icon comes back and
says"you have downloads with the same number (KB928367)

I have just succesfully installed KB928366. These have to do with NET
Frameworks(I'm not even sure what that is)

I have tried numerous times to install KB928367. It even shows on web update
screen from Microsoft that it's installed, but it's not.

Can I get rid of this update?
