Security Update KB933729 for vista wont install on new dell

This update from windows along with another has failed everytime i try to
install it for the past month, it fails with an error code of 80070002 and I
followed the steps given by windows for that error code and it didn't help.
Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

Did you try the suggestions mentioned in the articles?

Otherwise try a manual install

Call in an state that KB933729 will not install. Do not mention any
other issue.
No charge support is offered in getting this *Security update* installed.
