I have just done the same thing - I deselected it, then clicked on Don't
show me this update again ( or something like that) and it worked! It has
stopped coming up (4 hours now) and all looks good. The worrying thing is
that the update looks like it may be important and I haven't got it ! Anyway,
it had to be done. Try deselecting again. Good luck and thanks.
