Security Update (KB952241) fails

Hello:

I am running Windows Server 2008.

The Security Patch for Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 (KN952241) does not
install. The help file says that I should make sure that Office Source Engine
service is running.

I've tried it several times and it just would not install, even if I sign in
as Administrator.

Please advise.
