Security Update (KB956572)

I keep getting error message 0x800F0102 and it fails to install. Any
suggestions on how to get it to update.

Contact MS for *no*-charge support, Linda. That way they'll be aware
that there are issues associated with the installation of KB956572 as
MS employees rarely frequent this newsgroup.
