Security Update KB971089 and Adobe's Update files installation iss

Microsoft released July 2009 Update “Vulnerability in VS active Lib Could
Allow remote Code Exec (969706)�:
Under the above Patch – MS Visual Studio .NET 2003 Service Pack1 ( KB971089)
is not found in the catalog file created in the SMS 2003 server,from which
we create package to push to clients(ie PCs).
How shall we push the Microsoft Security Patch to clients through SMS 2003
server.
Secondly, Adobe Acrobat 8.10 and Adobe reader 9.1.2 released Update file in
..MSP form, How shall we deploy to our multiple clients.
It will be of great help if you give some solution for this.
