Security Update KB971557

I have been recieving this Error Code: 0x800F0102 for some time for the
above security update. Anybody knows what this means?

You have failed to advise what operating system including SP level of the
computer this problem is occurring on.
Perhaps try resetting Windows Update and see if that fixes the problem
