security update for media player kb911564 issue

My pc can't install anything ever since i tried(didnt complete) patching with
security update for media player kb911564. Any file i try subsequently to
install have the memory or corrupted cabinet file issue. Totally freeze

I cant uninstall the patch and when i try to do so, winmgmt goes crazy with
100% cpu load. Tired to re-install but never succeed. Anyone can help?
