Security Update for Microsoft Office 2003 (KB953404)

Just to install the above update and this keeps failing, Error Code: 0x770 is
the given reason why.

Does anyone know how to resolved this.

How to troubleshoot failures updating your Office installation from the
Office Update Web site:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304498

Tip: Insert your Office 2007 CD into the appropriate drive bay before
attempting to install the updates again.
