Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB824141)

Hi,

I can see it in the "Currently installed programs" yet
this security update has been "downloaded" onto my
computer numerous times.

This has not occured with any other security update and
any other computer in my small network. The only
difference I can find is this was a PC upgraded from
Windows 2000 Professional to Windows XP Professional.
