That makes absolutely no sense at all...
Reading the link you kindly supplied I could understand the logic if as in
the example listed MS decide to offer you updates for Microsoft Office 2003
as an upgrade over Microsoft Office XP Pro
But to offer an update to MS Works when;
a. it has never been installed - ever
b. is obviously not an upgrade to an existing package to tempt you into
spending the $ to upgrade
seems absurd to me.
Oh well...back to ignoring it then ;^)
