I am presently showing in my Add/Remove Programs, Microsoft .Net Framework
2.0, Size 88.69 MB....with a Security Update (KB928365)...it also shows 1.1
plus 1.1 Hotfix however, although I can't delete them, I believe I did remove
them using the Windows Install Cleanup because there is NO SIZE SPACE
indicated as being used!
So, I guess my question to you is do I need to uninstall the 2.0 from my
Add/Remove Programs and then go ahead & install the Microsoft .Net Framework
Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86)? If this is correct, will it get
rid of the Install Icon on my desktop (since July 12th) and which is
referring to the 1.1 Net Framework which I do not have? Wow, sorry to be so
verbal however, had to explain best I could..........if you can help P A
Bear, I would be so grateful.........
Many thanks, Chappy
