Security Update for Outlook Express 6 Service Pack 1 (KB837009)

I'm using Windows 98 and every day the windows update screen pops up and
tells me I have a critial update. I scan for updates and KB837009 shows up
every time. It tells me it has been successfully installed. As a test I
installs the update, opened Outlook Express, went back to Windows and
manually searched for updates (no reboot). KB837009 was still there. A few
minutes later, the critial update screen pops up again and tells me I need to
update.
