Security update for Powerpoint viewer 2003

I have not been able to install this update. I get the error code 0x4397.
Does anyone know what this means and how I can install this update?

1. Uninstall PPV 2003 via Add/Remove Programs.

2. Download/Install PPV 2997 SP1:

I overcame this problem by uninstalling PPV2003 and then installing PPV2007
from

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

This required a large but successful update.

Thank you Midge. I found that I needed to install PPV2007 before installing
the PPV2007 SP1.
