Security Update for Windows Media Player 6.4 (KB925398) problem

Security Update for Windows Media Player 6.4 (KB925398) keeps downloading
and installing but then wants to download and install again each time it says
it has been succesfull

Have you "moved" the Program Files folder onto another partition than
the system's one?
