Security Update for Windows Media Player Plug-in

Each time the Microsoft Update downloads "Security Update for Windows Media
Player Plug-in (KB911564)" I get a message that it failed.
I am using Windows 2000 Professional SP4.
Why won't it download? and how can I overcome this?

Download the updates from the links below and save them to disk, DO NOT
run them :

Security Update for Windows Media Player Plug-in (KB911564
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...A-BB8570A7321C

Update for Windows XP (KB910437)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Close Internet Explorer ( or whichever browser is open ) and close ALL
other programs and applications.
Now try to install the updates.
