I agree. Tomorrow I will be calling microsoft to sent me different
instructions or something. But if the download and/or installation isn't
working, I highly doubt that it's on our computers (since I check and It
wasn't on). Good Luck and microsoft should really be addressing these update
problems and provide solutions.
