security update for windows vista (KB950582) error code 8007371C

Hi,

I keep getting forced to install a security update every time i switch of
the computer. Every time it failes with above error code, that doesnt exist
anywhere, there is no explanation. I dont know if this is service pack 1 or
what is it, and would be very grateful for any help I could get. Please dont
send me a data article on it, I am not a developer, just a regular user.
