Security Update for Windows XP (DB921398)

I have Auto Updates for Windows and have Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed.
The only update that fails to install on my PC is the 'Security Update for
Windows XP (KB921398) --- Error Code: 0x8007F0DA. This is has gone on for
over a year
