Security Update for Windows XP (KB908531) - solution

Seems that there is a conflict with various anti-virus software and the
latest Updates .... I was told by Microsoft to remove the file "Security
Update for Windows XP (KB908531)" ... go to Control Panel, then Add/Remove
Programs (make sure Updates box is ticked) and you will find the file down
the bottom of the page ... they then went on to say that I shouldn't update
until again until they had posted a patch (but didn't say when) ... Of course
my desktop promptly updated during the night so woke the following morning to
find the same problem so have switched off automatic updates until they fix
the problem ....

The registry changes mentioned in there are done by the REG file
included in the KB908531_Share-To-Web.zip file, which I offer for
those unfamiliar with humbling through the registry, which is the
heart and brain of Windows.

Extract the ZIP file and afterwards double click the contained REG
file. Let it import into the registry.
