Security Update for XML...(KB936181)

This update showed up in Windows Update yesterday, and even though it
installed, it still keeps coming up. I've installed it several times, and it
shows up for each time it was installed, but it still comes up in Windows
update. How do I make it stop?

I have the same issue. It has installed multiple times and keeps coming back.
