Hi
Error 0x8020000E is:
BG_E_VOLUME_CHANGED
"The destination volume has changed. If the disk is removable, it
might have been replaced with a different disk. Reinsert the
original disk and resume the job."
Rename (or just delete) the SoftwareDistribution folder and
see if it helps.
You can use the procedure described here:

Note that a side effect of renaming or deleting the SoftwareDistribution
folder is that you lose your WU v5 History listing (not critical).
(later on, you can just delete the renamed SoftwareDistribution
folder)
