Security Updates Word 02 & Office XP Won't Install

I am a nontechnical type so keep it simple, please. I have Micrososft Office
2002 XP
Apparently, Security Updates for Word 2002 (KB954463) and Office XP
(KB921596) do not install. I get a "Do you want to install new software
before closing" message every time I shut the computer off - saying "yes"
makes no difference. Error 0x80070641

Can anyone help?

Insert your Office 2002 CD into the appropriate drive bay before attempting
to install these updates.

Simple - yikes. I have very limited technical knowledge and most of this is
just jibberish to me. I moved 2 years ago and have no idea where my CD might
be.
I have never had to use a CD before for updates.......
That list is overwhelming even if I ignore 4,6 and 12. Hard to follow any of
it and I am afraid I might delete something important................

Well, you could try to download the full-file version of every update from
the Download Center and then attempt to install them manually. Otherwise, I
think you're SOL.
