hi , what i meant was are you using any security other than windows firewall
and defender ,if your firewall is disabled as opposed to turned of then you
can re-enable in sevices type 'services'in the search box look down the list
and every thing that is linked to your security should be turned on and
running by doublclicking a service you can then control wether it it starts
or is disabled or manual hope this helps
