Seeing Running Programs in Vista

How does one see what programs are running in Vista? In older
Microsoft OS one simply used the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys.

still can... Ctrl-Alt -Del then Start Task Manager

I right-click on the TaskBar, and select Task Manager
