Hello Brian,
It's possible that this is a program that is unaware of the new security
model in Vista, and is failing to request elevated rights to uninstall.
If you look in the Program Files folder for the program, you should be able
to find an uninstall.exe or similar uninstaller. Right-click on it and
select 'Run as Administrator'.
