seems that my wallpaper and personilation was disabled

Can somone help me out. It seems that my wallpapers and personalization stuff
was disabled somehow. Does anyone know how to get it back? I cant change my
back ground or anything now

Hi Julian,

If you have the stuck solid colors for a background, then this may fix
your problem.

i was in the same boat try this it worked for me click start-type run
type-regedit,,,go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER,,select
software,Microsoft,Windows,CurrentVersion,Polices
then delete all folders related to wallpaper and/or activedesktop or delete
all keys
