Send To Menu

How do I add an entry to the send to menu. Under XP I had added Notepad.
Under Vista Home Premium, when I try to acces the send to folder, Access is
denied even though I am admisnistrator and even if I turn UAC off.
The same holds for the GAMES menu. I wanted to add some of the Games I have
on the machine but again Access Denied.
Maybe going back to XP or even to the Mac is the simpliest answer.

In the Start/search box type "shell:sendto" - without the quote marks - and
hit enter. That will bring you to :
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Window s\SendTo. You may then
add the appropriate shortcuts to what you want to 'send to'.
