Send a nudge????????

someone must have a solution to this, surely.

I just upgraded to the newest version of Windows Live. With this upgrade, I lost my ability to nudge and wink. These abilities can be found under actions in the conversation window, but you can't click them. I can receive winks and nudges, but I would really like to be able to send them again.

Can you help me?

I believe it has to do with whether the recipient has allowed nudges. I have some conversations where the nudge appears at the bottom of the window, but others where it does not.

There is a setting under Options->Messages that indicates whether you will accept nudges if they are sent. If the person you are trying to nudge doesn't have this checked, the nudge icon doesn't appear in that conversation window.

If you get the recipient to turn it on, you should be able to send them a nudge.
