Sender information in emails

In 7.5 which I previously used I could configure the emails to display
various information about the sender and path at the top, such as IP and
domain, and any posts it had gone through, and the senders email client
software. I can't seem to find this option anywhere in 8.1, nor can I even
find the settings page which this option was on! Could somebody help please!

I'm not quite sure what you're referring to, Messenger is not a mail client and doesn't have
the features you're suggesting.
