Sender Name and Caller ID blank

Hello,

I am successfully sending and receiving faxes.....however, in the Inbox, the
Sender Name and Caller ID fields are blank. The senders are listed in the
user's Outlook contacts.....is this where the information would come from?
Would Outlook need to running when the fax is received? Thanks!
