sending emails

Can recieve but not send in windows mail and vice versa in yahoo mail (ATT).
I have read about 75 or more posts and cannot find a direct answer....Gary, I
have always found your posts to be helpful on other issues. I suspect that
either has something to do with ssl or ports assigned (very few use 25 and
110 anymore, do they) or is a yahoo or windows mail issue. Would appreciate3

For your AT&T/Yahoo account in Windows Mail, be sure to use the
settings specified by your provider:
