sending files over bluetooth

I have built in bluetooth on my hp pavilion dv9000. Problem is that i can't
send files over bluetooth, when i try to send i get a "Microsoft Windows
Operating Systems have stopped working" and i have to close it down.
I dont know what to do, any help?

I get the same problem, windows explorer stops working.
I now use third party software to access my phone.
