Sending multiple messages in WM

Whenever I send an email to anyone it is sent twice. Why? Any suggestions
on how to correct this?

Turn off email scanning in your antivirus (AV) program.
If the problem still happens, it means the AV has already
corrupted your email accounts. Remove the affected account(s),
restart WinMail and recreate the account(s).
