sending video

I am trying to have video chat with my friend who is also on msn messenger.
But the video will not go thru to them. It says that they cannot connect to
me. I have my firewall turned off and everything else on my side that could
be blocking them from seeing me. Does anybody have any idea what they problem
would be? I am not getting any error messages it just will not connect.

Same problem - worked fin before making mistake of upgrading to Live - maybe
should rename it to Dead ?
