sending a website page

When I go to a website and want to send the page by e-mail or send page by
link form the drop down menu from FILE where it reads send page by e-mail or
send page by link it is grayed out. Does anyone have a suggestion how to
turn it on? I have VISTA MAIL

This is really an Internet Explorer question, and you would do better to ask
it in the IE forum. That said, what you could do is open up Internet Options,
click programs tab, and then Set Programs, then the last option (Set program
and computer defautls), then choose an e-mail program as the default).

"Page by E-Mail" and "Link by E-Mail" options are grayed out in Internet
Explorer in Windows Vista:
