Sent messages not being received by some addresses

After experiencing a problem with a 'locked" sending function, I rebuilt the
message store of windows mail. Things worked fine - except it now appears
some addresses are not receiving my emails. There is no indication to me
they are not receiving them and the addresses are correct - but some receive
my message and some do not. What is going on? It is a little disturbing to
not even know if the message is received or not.

Did you make sure theyre still not in your outbox? Sometimes mail servers
make take a few seconds to respond depending on how busy they are.

They are not in the "sent" box - and it has been days, not minutes or hours.
I send the same message to 3 people and 2 receive it and one does not.
There are also other addresses that are not receiving my emails...all with
different services (sbcglobal, gmail, cox, etc)
