Serious of Updates Blocks SMTP Traffic

Has anyone else had a problem with their SMTP traffic after installing this
update or the others that were with it? As soon as it was installed, I could
no longer recieve emails to our server. I can send them out, but cannot
recieve them. Any fixes?
