serv pack 2 error 0x80242006

I keep getting this error notice, so I went and looked it up and I did what
it told me to do about auto updates but it still wont allow me to install
service pack 2

The error message indicates that you are attempting to install SP2 via
either Windows|Microsoft Update or Automatic Update.
First, please read this:
