Servcie Pack 2 Download failure

Hi

I downloaded sp2 and tried to instal it. The program alomost completed then
a box appeared stating access denied and a button which on clicking,
un-installed the upgrade...can anyone advise what may be the problem???

Have the administrative rights to install the update?

Yes I was logged in with admin rights...
