Server 2003 R2 - are cumulative security updates available?

I have a customer that we are putting a server image on a system, that cannot
be comected to a LAN. They want us to put all the latest security updates
onto the system before deployment, and security only.

First - is there a cumulative update that can be downloaded? No Windows
Update.

If not as above, can the individual monthly updates be downloaded in just
English and all put on in a mass format?

If it is not on a LAN, then I wonder what the security patches are needed
for? All this patching only came in a few years ago.

In my opinion even if not connected to a LAN or internet, you shold still
apply all available patches from MS.
