Server 2003 R2 Updates Fail

I have a Server 2003 R2 that is able to download the updates from Microsoft
but will not load them onto the server. The updates state that the install
failed for each update. This has caused me to not have this server current
on Windows Updates. Anyone with any possible ways to correct this, please
let me know. Thanks !!

Unfortunately there was no attempt to install the updates during the period
covered. Try another install, and then post the log entries for that period of
time.
