I've tried an .iso that was physically on my computer, an .iso that was on a
network share available to the VM, and an installation disk created from the
..iso (which I've used to create a fresh install of Server 2008). I'm not
sure if this would make a difference or not but the server was originally a
Windows 2000 server that I upgraded to 2003 the same way as I'm now trying
to upgrade it to 2008.
Thanks
Mike
