I actually just did that exact same thing. But the Add a Trusted did not
work. I needed to created a new certificate wizard key thingy, then send
that to my SSL provider for a "reissue" as they called it. Then I got the
new key and did the usual import functions on a "pending certificate
request". Then all worked great even though my server name was Server and
the certificate was for Mail.
