Server does not boot up properly after Windows Update

I've got a server that every time it is automatically rebooted from a
Windows Update, will not boot up properly. On the reboot it sits at
the Windows boot menu (Safe Mode, Safe Mode w/Networking, etc.) As if
someone pressed F8 on the reboot. Has anyone seen anything like this
before?

I know that no one was in there to press the F8 key. It is a secured
location, only 4 people (including myself) have access, and it occurred
at 2:00am. No one is in the building then.
