server is failing to download some updates

Hello, I have a SBS2003 r2 with sp2 installed and wsus sp0 installed.
Everything has been working great however 3 weeks ago it just stopped
downloading some updates, and i don't know what to do.

I have synchronized the the server and ran a cleanup however the message
still appears.

Reason I'm on sp0 is when i tried updating this server a while back sp1
fubared the server and had to be restored.

Perhaps the "Thing" which is preventing your application of the service pack
is the reason why you cannot download updates?
