In the Event log I see this error The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
The bugcheck was: 0x000000c2 (0x00000007, 0x0000121a, 0xf56d3867,
0xc0000120). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.

Attached is a debug from the memory.dmp file everything is pointing to the
fact that the ntkrpamp.exe is the problem and I have read that it may be
faulty memory or there may be a hot fix for dropped packets none the less the
server reboots and will run fine for 4 or 5 days then it will re-boot with
the same error. I would like to find out what is causing the error so that I
can get it fixed. This is a 2003 R2 Enterprise sp2 server fully patched and
running SQL 2005

This is an HP / Compaq? Are the drivers being mentioned in the above
debug current and up to date?
