Servers/IIS - Why is group opening here?

Recently, when coming to this group it opens under Servers - IIS - Windows
Update instead of Windows Update General as in the past. When I click on
Help & Support from the Windows Update page, then click on Windows update
group it now opens as above. Can someone please explain ?

Which portal are you using now?

I think your previous case might be explained if you were using
the newsgroup list by newsgroup name.

Here is what you could drill down to from XP's Help and Support Center
(e.g. by pressing Win-F1, etc.)
