0x80080005 CO_E_Server_Exec_Failure
The requested operation could not be completed due to a file system
limitation.
0x80072778 is a newer error code. Unfortunately, there is not much
information on it.
" the procedure call table is invalid "
OK, what does that mean in plain English ?

Not quite plain English, but something we may be able to interpret. <w>
My theory would be that either the winsock needs to be rebuilt or that
3rd party software is causing the winsock issue.
[ex: firewall/popup blocker/download manager/internet accelerator]
You can reset Vista's winsock by running a command from an Elevated
Command Prompt. BUT, if 3rd party software is the cause of the issue, it
will appear again.
So ... what 3rd party software, as described in the example, is installed?
